our methodologies

At 2get- there we apply innovation methodologies during our consulting services, project management and workshops. We are experts in: Design Thinking, Agile and Scrum, LEGO® Serious Play®, Lean Management, OKR and Design Sprint.

DESIGN THINKING

Design thinking is a process for solving problems by prioritizing the consumers and stakeholders needs above everything else. It relies on observing, with empathy, how people interact with their environments and employs an iterative, hands-on approach to creating innovative solutions. Design thinking encourages organizations to focus on the people they’re creating for, which leads to better products, services, and internal processes.

Design Thinking can help you or your team surface unmet needs of the people you are creating for; reduces the risk associated with launching new ideas; generates solutions that are revolutionary, not just incremental; and helps organizations learn faster.

Areas where Design Thinking can apply:

  • Product design
  • Service and experience design
  • Business design
  • Leadership

agile & scrum

Agile methodology is a project management framework, used by teams to iteratively and incrementally complete tasks and projects. Thanks to the agile methodology teams are working more efficiently and are focused on creating value. Also they gain independence in taking responsibility.

In most cases Agile is implemented in the form of a working framework known as Scrum, over short work beats called Sprints. Much like a Rugby team (where it gets its name) training for the big game, Scrum encourages teams to learn through experiences, self-organize while working on a problem, and reflect on their wins and losses to continuously improve.

Areas where Agile and Scrum can apply:

  • Transforming teams and organization agile
  • Optimizing the way things are done

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and business performance. Based on research which shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue – for everyone in the organization.

Areas where LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®  can apply:

  • Strategy & Vision definition
  • Team development
  • New business models
  • Personal development
  • Cultural transformation

okr

The definition of “OKRs” is “Objectives and Key Results.” It is a collaborative goal-setting tool used by teams and individuals to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals.

It requires creating a culture which allows the participation from all employees at the definition of the objectives and the wished results. Instead of traditional goal-settings methods that are only top-down, OKR is both top-down but also bottom-up. That allows gaining the commitment of everybody towards the accomplishment of the objectives.

Areas where OKR can apply:

  • Defining business goals
  • Defining goals for teams
  • Monitoring your progress towards your vision

lean management

Lean management is based on Lean Startup and is a methodology for developing businesses and products that aims to shorten product development cycles and rapidly discover if a proposed business model is viable; this is achieved by adopting a combination of business-hypothesis-driven experimentation, iterative product releases, and validated learning.

Areas where Lean Management can apply:

  • Starting with new business ideas and get firsts market feedbacks
  • Validating product or service ideas and products
  • Implement a organization culture of learning
  • Work smarter but not harter – how to do that

design sprint

The Design Sprint is a proven methodology for solving problems through designing, prototyping, and testing ideas with users. Design Sprints quickly align teams under a shared vision with clearly defined goals and deliverables. Ultimately, it is a tool for developing a hypothesis, prototyping an idea, and testing it rapidly with as little investment as possible in as real an environment as possible.

Areas where Design Sprint can apply:

  • New product design
  • Designing new services
  • Testing new ideas, business models, services, products
  • Develop digital products
