2get- there brings over 20 years of experience in business innovation and sustainability. We believe that there is always the ‘good’ way of doing business and that’s what we stand for. Therefore 2get- there focuses in creating meaningful and responsible innovation towards sustainable business models. For achieving this objective in an efficient way, we make use of innovation methodologies, like Design Thinking, Lego Serious Play, Agility, Lean Start-up, etc.2get- there offers extensive experience working with organizations from different countries in the design and development of trainings, coaching, project management and consulting tailored-made to the client’s needs.

The name 2get- there was selected for three reasons:
- At first sight it hides the word ‘together’
- It also comprises the phrase ‘to get there’.
- 2get- there refers also to the 2 founders who had the idea to create this company with a common goal, to share their experience and to enable and support others in their own way ‘to get there’, to their own vision, to a better business.

Roy works as consultant and trainer in the area of Digital Transformation, Strategy, Innovation and Digital Learning. He not only consults but more over accompanies companies and education organisations. His expertise are in strategy, vision, new business models, workplace 2.0, collaborative working, blended-learning, elearning and knowledge management. He studied business administration and pedagogy and worked as leader in bank, education & mobility area. He holds an Executive MBA in Business engineering from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Martha has deep knowledge in Sustainability, Green Innovation, Circular Economy and Corporate Responsibility. She is Process Engineer (Mexico), Doctor in Technological Innovation Projects (Spain), and holds a Postdoc (Switzerland) on the effectiveness of international projects. Martha has experience as consultant, trainer, project manager and researcher in different types of organizations and sectors such as Nissan Mexicana, Migros Genossenschaft Bund, SBB; Universities as UPC Barcelona and ETH Zurich and NGOs as United Nations, Caritas and FUNIBER; among others.
Marco is a Marketing Communications and a Business Sustainability expert. His career focus is in Financials Services – Banking and Insurance – where he held several positions – spanning from leadership, strategy to execution, with both global and local responsibilities. Transformation, Change Management Program and Process Management are amongst his competences. He acts as steward of organizations on the path to sustainable Marketing and Communications.
Claudia is our good soul. She is responsible for the office management and administration. She holds a certificate in business administration and worked in different companies as officer manager.
George is our guy with numbers. He is responsible for finance and accounting, but also brings in this topic in our projects. He holds a master in finance and has a wide experience in industry as financial officer.
